We are a small hotel with 25 rooms, making every baht of our revenue crucial. If we can increase the room rate by 50 baht, we can add 1,250 baht per day. If we focus for 10 days, we can make 12,500 baht. However, sometimes when we work with people, like front desk staff, they need to adjust the price every day, and sometimes they forget or adjust it incorrectly.
