Q1: What THRev.co systems are currently used in your hotels?

Khun Pop: At the moment, we are using both the Channel Manager (CM) and the Property Management System (PMS). Two hotels are using these systems, namely Ascella Pratunam and Ascella Bangkok Hotel, both located in the Pratunam area but on different streets.


Q2: What was the key factor that made you choose THRev.co?

Khun Pop: Honestly, I consider myself a beginner in the hotel business. At first, a friend recommended that I try using THRev.co. After trying it, I found that the system is easy to use. You don’t have to be an expert to manage it, which made me decide to continue using it until now.


Q3: How has this system improved efficiency in setting room rates?

Khun Pop: I handle all the pricing myself. The system is very flexible. For example, if bookings are low on a certain day, I can lower the price to attract more guests. But if the rooms are nearly full, I can raise the price for certain room types. The system then updates the rates instantly across all online channels. It’s very convenient and flexible.


Q4: Is the system user-friendly for your team as well?

Khun Pop: Yes, it’s easy to use. It makes hotel operations easier for my team, and everything feels more organized and systematic.


Q5: What type of hotels do you think THRev.co is suitable for, and would you recommend it?

Khun Pop: Personally, I think both small and large hotels can use it without any issues. If I have friends who run hotels, I would definitely recommend them to try it.


Q6: How has your experience been working with the THRev.co support team?
