One of the most challenging aspects of opening Thee Vijit Lanna luxury boutique hotel was doing so during the COVID-19 crisis. The pandemic has heavily impacted the tourism industry in Thailand, posing significant challenges for hotel businesses in terms of room rates and revenue expectations.
